A. Yes, we require all residents to have renter’s liability insurance. You can enroll in a policy with your chosen provider and provide proof of coverage. If you do not provide proof of insurance, you will be automatically enrolled in our Resident Liability Insurance Program for a monthly fee of $10.95. This program meets our insurance requirements but does not cover your personal belongings. Please contact our office for more information.

A. Yes, we do! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we offer a free roommate matching program. On your application, you will fill out a questionnaire to help our team match you with the best roommate possible.

A. Rent includes Wi-Fi, parking, and access to all our community amenities. Power and water costs will be split among your roommates and charged to your Resident Portal account each month. Utility prices may vary depending on usage.

A. Yes, furry friends are welcome! They are roommates, too. Simply add your pet’s information to your application to register. Please note there is a monthly pet rent for pet owners and some breed restrictions. Please contact the office for more information.

A. To submit a work order, please visit our website or download our app to log in to your Resident Portal. You may also stop by the leasing office or contact us for assistance. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office immediately.

A. Our leases are individual leases, so you are only responsible for your own space. If your roommate transfers schools, you will not be responsible for their share of the rent.
